For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We advise you to give us a call should you have any questions, concerns, or misunderstandings in regards to any financial matters.
With all insurance policies, we are more than happy to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. However, please realize that the relationship is between you, the insured, and your insurance company. Please understand that we can only provide an ESTIMATE of how much your insurance will cover towards treatment. Therefore, please be advised that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Just thinking about going to the dentist makes most people cringe. Let Dr Quan change your mind. I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled before I even knew. He's fast, thorough and caring. He takes his time to talk you through the process, explain everything and give you advice on how to keep your pearly whites healthy. The assistants are nice as well. I'm going to do the zoom teeth whitening. I've been to many dentist, but I've never been this comfortable. If you're looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend Precision Dental.
If you hate to go to the dentist, this is the place for you! Dr Quan is the nicest, politest, most gentle caring dentist you will ever deal with. I drive over 60 miles just to get work done. Before him, I willfully abstained from going to the dentist for over 10 years.
